SnapCal is an AI-powered tool that analyzes photos of food and provides estimated calorie and macronutrient values. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Free Tier & Usage Limits

The free tier of SnapCal allows up to 3 food scans per day. We may modify these limits at any time. Paid plans, if offered, are subject to separate billing terms presented at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its underlying AI models.
  • Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.

5. AI-Generated Estimates — No Medical Advice

All calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat values returned by SnapCal are estimates generated by artificial intelligence. Actual nutritional content may vary significantly based on portion size, ingredients, and preparation methods. These estimates are not medical or nutritional advice and must not be relied upon for the treatment or management of any health condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutrition estimate. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapCal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
